With more limpers, you call with any hand. If you have 4 or more limpers, call with any hand, does not matter. The BB will not raise in most cases. Maybe only if the BB hold über cards, like pocket Aces.

Connectors are cards that are of consecutive rank, so simple put; Four Five, Five Six, Ten Jack etc. If you have suited connectors, you have connectors and of the same suit. No surprise there.
